Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, it is not mandatory, but we recommend that you do so to access your personal space, track your order history, and easily modify your information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. You have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to i nfo@evilastore.com . After this time, your items will have already been shipped and we will no longer be able to modify your order.
What if I entered the wrong email address when ordering?
Contact us via the website chat or email so we can correct the address.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

The item I received arrived broken/defective. What should I do?

- Description of the problem (wrong/defective item)
- A photo or video
We will refund the amount of your order in the form of a voucher.

Yes, our products are deliverable worldwide.

How can I return a product I am not satisfied with?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us. Our customer service team will inform you of the return and refund procedures for your products.
